This post is long overdue. About a week after Phase III of the Avenues Mall opened, T-Square conducted a small survey in the Kuwait University’s College of Architecture. A single simple question was asked: “Do you give the Grand Avenue extension a thumbs up or a thumbs down?”. It was left to the participants to decide their own criteria for answering the question.
